基于EON的交互式虚拟装配仿真系统的设计与实现

摘    要:通过分析现有虚拟装配仿真系统的开发环境以及它们各自具有的功能特点,提出了在虚拟现实环境生成工具-EON中,利用Script节点实现与外部框架程序之间进行数据交换的方法、人机交互技术和事件路由机制.以VC++6.0为开发工具,开发了具有交互功能的虚拟装配仿真系统,并以某二级减速器的装配过程为例对上述方法进行了验证.仿真结果表明:系统可以根据操作者的意图,有效地模拟减速器的拆卸过程,并对违反几何约束的错误操作作出相应响应.

Abstract:A data exchange method between EON,which helps to build virtual environment,and external program with JavaScript node was proposed by analyzing the development environment and the structure of existing virtual assembly simulation system.Then the human-computer interaction technology and event routing mechanism were introduced.Finally,a virtual assembly simulation system was realized with VC++ 6.0 as an instance for verifying the above technology and methods.The simulation results show that the system could ...
