基于PCC的磨毛整理机电控系统设计

摘    要:为了保持磨毛过程中织物张力恒定,改善磨毛织物的质量和手感,研发了磨毛整理机电控系统。该文阐述了磨毛机主要部件的组成和工作原理,采用PCC作为核心控制单元,构成了磨毛机的电控系统框架及硬件平台,并对主从通讯、变频控制、伺服控制及张力调节等模块进行了软件设计与分析。利用PCC内部的PID控制模块,实现了全机自动控制和织物的恒张力控制。运行结果表明,该系统稳定可靠,响应速度快,织物张力恒定,改善了织物的质量和手感。

Abstract:In order to keep fabric's constant tension during sanding process and improve the quality and hand handle of the sanded cloth, the electric control system of a sanding finishing machine has been developed. This paper presents the solution in which, by using PCC as the core control unit, the electric control system framework and the hardware platform of the sanding machine are composed, and a number of software modules such as master-slave communication, variable frequency control, servo control and tension adjustment modules are analyzed and designed. The automatic control of overall machine and the constant tension control of fabric are achieved by utilizing the PID control module of PCC interior. The operation result shows that the system is of stable, reliable and quick response with constant tension of fabric, thus, quality and hand handle of the fabric have been improving.
