巢湖浮游藻类定性定量研究分析

摘    要:目的 通过对合肥市自来水公司巢湖水源取水口进行浮游藻类的定量定性分析 ,为合肥自来水公司的巢湖水源水质评价提供参考。方法 在距水源厂岸边 1 .5km和 3 .0km取水点处分别设置A点和B点。于 1 999年冬春夏秋四季用 2 5号筛绢网采集定性分析的水样 ,显微镜检鉴定种类。定量分析的水样用有机玻璃采水器 ,用视野法计数各属的细胞数。结果 浮游藻类的定性鉴定 :全年共检出浮游藻类 83种 ,分属于 8门 49属 ,四季均检出的是蓝藻门的铜绿微囊藻和隐藻门的啮蚀隐藻。在距岸边 1 .5公里处即A点检出藻类 73种 47属。在 3 .0km处即B点检出种类要少些 ,有 56种 44属 ,说明A点浮游藻类的生物多样性优于B点。浮游藻类的定量分析 :年度年均藻量A点细胞数为 70 2 4 .2 4万个 /L ,B点为 82 0 5 .67万个 /L ,两者相比 ,B点比A点细胞数分别高出 1 1 81 .43万个 /L即 1 6 .8% ,除秋季外 ,各季藻量B点均高出A点 ,尤其是盛夏 ,B点高出A点 31 .0 %。结论 说明B点在浮游藻类数量组成上多于A点 ,两点藻量的季节变化趋势是夏季 >秋季 >春季 >冬季

Abstract:Objective In order to assess safety of Chaohu lake water as potable water and provide scientific basis to harness the lake, quantitative and qualitative analysis of phytoplankton at the entry of Chaohu s source , Hefei water supply company was made. Methods Intercalate spot A and spot B at 1.5 kilometers and 3.0 kilometers away from the source factory were selected to collect water specimen for qualitative analysis with 25 size cribriform web in the four seasons in 1999. Species of phytoplankton in the water was identified with microscope. Water specimen for quantitative analysis was put into organic glass hydrophore and then the cells were counted with perioptometry. Results Qualitative analysis of phytoplankton: At the entry of Chaohu s source , 83 kinds of phytoplankton were detected in whole year. They belonged to different 8 phylums and 49 genuses. The patina micro-veside alge and the corrode latent alge, belonging to the max doll phylum and the latent alge phylum separately, were detected in four seasons. 73 kinds and 47 genuses at 1.5 kilometers away from the bank, i.e. spot A, were detected. Number of phytoplankton, 56 kinds and 44 genuses, at 3.0 kilometers away from the bank, i.e. spot B, was less than that at spot A. It showed that the biological multiformity of phytoplankton at spot A was better than that at spot B. Quantitative analysis of phytoplankton: The annual average number of phytoplankton was 7024.24 ten thousand cells per litre at spot A in the year. And 8205.67 ten thousand cells per litre at spot B . Compare spot A with spot B, the number of cells at spot B was 1181.43 ten thousand cells, i.e. 16.8% more than that at spot A. Except in the autumn, the number of phytoplankton at spot B was higher than that at spot A in other three seasons. Especially in the summer, number of phytoplankton at spot B was 31.0% more.than that at spot A. It showed that the number component of phytoplankton at spot B was more than that at spot A. Conclusions The season change trend of two spot s phytoplantkton number was summer > autumn > spring >winter.
