摘    要:为解决某热连轧机组在提高控制系统增益后发生异常振动故障这一问题,首先对相关部位进行了振动测试和测试信号的谱分析,获得了异常振动信号的特征.在此基础上将最小二乘法的辨识方法应用于热连轧机的异常振动故障诊断,建立了基于最小二乘法的热连轧机ARX故障诊断模型并通过了模型检验.对故障模型的稳定性分析表明:正常轧制状态下运行的系统是稳定的,而在提高增益后发生异常振动时系统极点非常靠近虚轴.从模型结构上来看,两者最明显的区别是纯延时的差异,纯延时破坏了系统的稳定性,形成了轧机的自激振动.同时也表明最小二乘法在解决大型复杂机电系统故障诊断问题的可行性和优越性.
