喜炎平与针灸联合西药治疗风热型面瘫31例临床观察

[目的]观察喜炎平与针灸联合西药治疗风热型面瘫疗效。[方法]采用前瞻性设计方法,对31例住院患者使用①喜炎平300mg+0.9%氯化钠250mL,1次/d,静滴。②针刺,取患侧阳白、四白、攒竹、太阳、下关、颧髎、迎香、牵正、地仓;水沟、承浆,对侧合谷穴,1次/d,留针30min。③局部按摩。④强的松30mg/d,一次顿服,7天后逐渐减量;甲钴胺0.5g/次,3次/d,口服;Vb1片20 mg/次,2次/d,连续口服2周。连续治疗15d为1个疗程。观测临床症状、面部表情肌及动作、不良反应。连续治疗2个疗程,判定疗效。[结果]痊愈23人,显效8人,治愈率73%,总有效率100%。[结论]喜炎平与针灸联合西药治疗风热型面瘫疗效满意,无副作用,值得推广。

Clinical Observation on 31 Cases of Xiyanping Injection and Acupuncture Combined with Western Medicine in the Treatment of Wind Heat Type of Facial Paralysis

[Objective]To observe the curative effect of Xiyanping injection and acupuncture combined with western medicine in the treatment of wind heat type of facial paralysis. [Method] Using a prospective design method,the use of Xiyanping 300mg＋0.9% sodium chloride and 31 cases of 250mL patients,1 /d,intravenous drip. Acupuncture,take a side Yang white,white,save bamboo,sun,Shimonoseki,Quanliao,incense,Qianzheng,warehouse;ditch,bearing slurry,the side Hegu,1 /d,the 30min. ③ local massage. The prednisone 30mg/d,a single service,7 days after the tapering;methylcobalamin 0.5g/,3 /d,oral;Vb1 tablets 20 mg/,2 /d,orally for 2 weeks. Continuous treatment with 15d for 1 courses. Observation of clinical symptoms,facial muscle movements,and adverse reaction. Continuous treatment of 2 courses,to judge the curative effect. [Results] Cure in 23,markedly effective in 8,the cure rate was 73%,the total efficiency of 100%. [Conclusion] Xiyanping injection and acupuncture combined with western medicine in the treatment of wind heat type facial paralysis curative effect satisfaction,no side effect,is worth promoting.
