摘    要:当前常用的机械化设备是垂直运动升降平台,以此解决叉车工作行进中站台与车厢底板间的相对落高差。从装卸设备的进一步改型着眼、设计了一种智能型升降台。该智能型升降台能够实现站台与收发货车辆的车厢底板间动态自动化的“无障碍”过往衔接。以此进一步提高站台装卸作业率,进一步减少作业人员的岗位数需求。

Abstract:The current mechanical equipment commonly used is vertical hoistable platform. It is used to solve the drop height between the platform and the floor in the working operation of the forklift truck. This paper begins with the further modification of handling equipment,designs an intel igent lifting platform. This platform can be used to achieve the dynamic connection between the platform and the platform floor,further improve the operation efficiency of the loading and unloading platform and reduce the number of the operators.
