试论董必武的法学教育思想及其启示

董必武是我国法学家的杰出代表,他的法学教育思想十分丰富,主要表现为：法学教育的目的在于培养人们的守法思想;法学教育的关键在于搞好教育机构的建设;法学教育的重点在于法学研究;法学教育的保障在于干部队伍的培养。他的法学教育思想给我们很多启示：法学教育要使普及和提高相结合;法学教育要使本土化和国际化相结合;法学教育要使理论与实战相结合。

A Study on Dong Biwu's Thought of Law Education and Its Inspiration
