| 摘 要： | 对3杂交组合的2个级进世代和2个纯种对照的24只5月龄羔羊胴体的72个样品的48项常规成分、微量元素、维生素、物性指标、风味物质和氨基酸的分析结果表明,综合改进效果为DX组合为优、SA组合居中、DA组合第三。

| Abstract: | For 72 meat:samples at 5 month lab of age from 3 cross-combination,their 2 generations and 2 local breeds, analyzed results of 48 item components indicate that the list of synthesis effect-improved to meat quality is DX, SA and DA cross-combination. |
