胚胎卵巢移植的研究进展

摘    要:卵巢自体或异体移植可以恢复卵巢功能缺如或早衰患者的内分泌功能并有望获得生育能力。人类胚胎卵巢免疫原性低,其内含有数百万的始基卵泡,这些始基卵泡离体后可生长发育并分泌激素。来源于引产胎儿的卵巢是卵巢功能缺如或早衰患者异体卵巢移植的理想供体,胚胎卵巢来源的不随意性使其冷冻保存至关重要。本文就胚胎卵巢移植的一些相关研究和冷冻进行综述。

Abstract:Ovary autotransplantation or allotransplantation can restore endocrine function of patients with ovary functional absence or presenility and they maybe achieve the ability to have children.Human fetal ovary has low immunogenicity and is full of multimillions of primordial follicles,which can grow and develop to secrete hormones after leaving the body.Ovary from fetal with artificial labor is the ideal donator of allotransplantation for patients with ovary functional absence or presenility,of which the cryopreservation is very important because we can not have it at our liberty.This article reviews some progresses of ovary transplantation about its related study and cryopreservation.
