热管砂轮传热性能的数学分析

摘    要:为了强化磨削弧区换热,提高磨削极限热流密度以增大磨削的材料去除率,并且减少冷却液的使用,设计了一种热管砂轮.对热管砂轮进行数学建模和计算分析,结果表明热管砂轮可以使磨削弧区温度降低3/4以上.

Abstract:A kind of heat-pipe grinding wheel was developed in this paper to enhance the heat transfer of the gringding arc zone,thus improve the ultimate grinding heat flux and increase the grinding material removal rate.The mathematical modeling and calculation analysis were carried out.The results indicated that the gringding temperature can be decreaed about 3/4 with heat-pipe grinding wheel.
