摘    要:分析了在Shell粉煤气化装置中以CO2代替N2作为煤粉输送介质后对工艺系统可能产生的影响,介绍了相应的优化措施。试运行情况表明:在Shell粉煤气化装置切入、投用、切出CO2期间,装置运行平稳,没有出现大幅度波动;投用CO2后,气化装置运行情况和合成气品质优于纯N2状况,下游甲醇装置的弛放气量大幅减少;不仅满足了Shell粉煤气化装置安全、稳定、长周期运行的要求,而且实现了节能降耗的目的。

Abstract:An analysis is carried out of the possible effect of substitution of CO2 for N2 as delivery medium for pulverized coal on the process system, and appropriate optimization measures are described. The trial operation shows that in the Shell pulverized coal gasifier switching in, in service or switching out of CO2 maintains the smooth and steady operation of the unit, without fluctuation by a wide margin; with CO2 in service the operation and syngas quality are better than those when pure N2 is used, and the purge gas from the downstream methanol unit decreases greatly; not only the requirements for safe, stable and long-cycle operation of the unit but also the objective of energy saving and consumption decrease are met.
