| 摘 要： | 简要介绍了ACES尿素装置工艺条件及装置运行概况。阐述了装置曾出现的重大工艺、设备问题以及针对性技术改造和系统优化,逐步解决了装置在运行中暴露出的设计、设备等方面的多项问题。目前,ACES尿素装置运行平稳,放空量少,消耗低,环境污染得到了有效控制。

| Abstract: | A brief account is given of process conditions of the ACES urea unit and its operation situation. It is described of the major technical and equipment problems that are met and the targeted technical improvements and system optimization to solve several design and equipment problems of the unit exposed in operation gradually. At present, the operation of the ACES urea unit is smoothly with small amount of vent and low energy consumption, and environment pollution is controlled effectively. |
