三七茎叶压片糖果的研制

以三七茎叶提取物、γ-氨基丁酸为主要功效成分，以三氯蔗糖、甘露糖醇、异麦芽糖醇、微晶纤维素、酒石酸等为辅料，采用湿法压片工艺开发一款具有助眠功效的压片糖果。通过单因素和正交试验获得最佳配比为:每1 000片压片糖果(600 g)含三七茎叶提取物15 g、γ-氨基丁酸12 g、三氯蔗糖3 g、酒石酸30 g、异麦芽糖醇240 g、微晶纤维素78 g、甘露糖醇216 g、硬脂酸镁6 g。该压片糖果具有良好的口感风味，同时富含具有改善睡眠功能的活性成分，适用于希望提高生活质量、提高睡眠品质的各类人群，是一款顺应大健康时代潮流的健康产品。

Development of Pressed Candy by Stems and Leaves of Panax Notoginseng
