摘    要:云南北衙万硐山含金铜硫型氧硫混合矿,在长时间露天堆放过程中次生硫化铜大部分被氧化,且矿石在自然状态下磨矿后矿浆显酸性,给铜回收和铜硫分离带来较大困难。经对比试验研究:采用在磨矿过程中添加石灰和硫化剂,使可溶性铜以硫化铜的形式沉淀,氧化铜表面转变成硫化物,然后与原生硫化铜一起浮选,提高了铜的回收指标且解决了铜硫分离难题;同时消除了在酸性条件下磨矿引起的铁质腐蚀危害。在原矿品位Au 2.2g/t、Ag 34.20g/t、Cu 0.69%、S 9.57%条件下,获得了品位为Au 59.5g/t、Ag 902g/t、Cu 21.23%,回收率为Au 66.77%、Ag 66.71%、Cu 76.21%的铜精矿及品位为Au 2.65g/t、Ag 39.45g/t、S 47.82%,回收率为Au 12.45%、Ag 12.99%、S 89.54%的硫精矿。该工艺方案合理可靠,可作为进一步技术改造的依据。

Abstract:In the long open air stacking process, most of the secondary copper sulphide was oxidized, and the ore slurry was acidic after grinding in the natural state, which brought great difficulties to copper recovery and copper sulfur separation. Through comparative experiment and study: the soluble copper precipitated in the form of copper sulfide by adding lime and sulfide agent in the grinding process, the surface of copper oxide is transformed into sulfide, and then flotated with the original copper sulfide, which improved the recovery index of copper and solved the problem of copper and sulfur separation. At the same time, the harm of iron corrosion caused by the acidic pulp conditions in the process of grinding was eliminated. As the grade of raw ore was Au 2.2g/t, Ag 34.20g/t, Cu 0.69% and S 9.57% ,the copper concentrates contained Au 59.5g/t, Ag 902.00g/t and Cu 21.23%, recovery rate was Au 66.77%, Ag 66.71% and Cu 76.21% and the sulfur concentrate contained Au 2.65g/t, Ag 39.45g/t and S 47.82%, and the recovery rate of Au 12.45%, Ag 12.99% and S 89.54% were obtained. The technological scheme is reasonable and reliable, which can be used as the basis for further technical transformation.
