结缕草属植物种间关系的等位酶研究

摘    要:分析结缕草属(Zoysia Willd.)9种1变种共59份种源的苹果酸脱氢酶(MDH),酯酶(EST)及过氧化物酶(POD)三种等位酶特征,研究其种间亲缘关系,结果表明:①种内遗传分化大小依次为:沟叶结缕草(Z.matrella(L.)Merr.)》结缕草(Z.japonica Steud.)》中华结缕草(Z.sinica Hance)》朝鲜结缕草(Z.koreana Mez);②聚类结果显示:结缕草、中华结缕草、长花结缕草(Z.sinica var.nipponica Ohwi)、大穗结缕草(Z.macrostachyaFranch.)聚为一类;沟叶结缕草、细叶结缕草(Z.tenui folia Willd.ex Trin)先聚为一类,然后小结缕草(Z.minima Zotov)、太平洋结缕草(Z.paci fica Hotta ex Kuroki)、大花结缕草(Z.macrantha Desvaux)也聚到这一类;而朝鲜结缕草自成一类,聚类结果与外部性状特征和地理分布位置相统一,③结缕草属植物为开放式的外繁育系统,种内各种源间遗传变异大于种间变异.

Abstract:The characteristics of three isozyme systems(MDH,EST,POD) were investigated for 59 accessions of Zoysia Willd.belonging to 9 species and 1 variety to study the genetic relationship of them.The results show as follows: the genetic diversity was ranked as: Z.matrella(L.) Merr.>Z.japonica Steud.>Z.sinica Hance>Z.koreana Mez;Z.japonica,Z.sinica, Z.sinica var.nipponia Ohwi,and Z.macrostachya Franch.were clustered together;Z.matrella,Z.tenuifolia Willd.ex Trin.were clustered to a group,then Z.minima Zotov,Z.pacifica Hotta ex Kuroki,and Z.macrantha Desvaux were also clustered to this group;Z.koreana was clustered to be a group by itself,the clustering result was consistent with the morphological characters and the geography distribution;Zoysia Willd.possesses the open breeding system,and the intraspecies genetic diversity was higher than interspecies.
