摘    要:采用ANSYS软件包对真空灭弧室内部电场进行数值计算与模拟,并对不同主屏蔽罩结构灭弧室内部电场、动静触头表面及主屏蔽罩表面电场分布进行对比分析,研究了主屏蔽罩及动静触结构对真空灭弧室电场的影响.结果表明:主屏蔽罩端部和动静触头端部及背部是场强最大值集中处,易产生电击穿,是真空灭弧室绝缘结构优化设计的关键.通过灭弧室内部电场逆问题求解,实现了对主屏蔽罩端部和动静触头型面优化设计.

Abstract:Numerical computation and analysis of the electric field for the vacuum interrupter have been(performed) using the commercial software ANSYS.And the interactive and influence of the moving and the fixed contacts and the main shielding cover on the whole domain of the electric field within the vacuum(interrupter) have been simulated based on the computation of the variations of the electric field of different models.From the simulation results,it can be seen that the maximum of the electric field strength locates at the end of the main shielding cover,nearby the top and the back of the fixed contact, where leads to electrical discharge.Moreover,the contour of the main shielding cover is the key to optimize the(interrupter).Furthermore,based on the solution of the inverse computation of electric field,the(optimization) of the main shielding cover and the movable and the fixed contacts has been performed.
