摘    要:通过对不同生长年限川党参多糖、总黄酮含量的测定为川党参种植作出指导。用苯酚-硫酸法测定不同生长年限的川党参多糖含量,用UV法测定总黄酮含量,并对其结果的差异进行分析比较。三年生的川党参多糖含量最高,而总黄酮含量呈递增关系,四年生川党参总黄酮含量增长率比三年生川党参有放缓趋势,因而在实际川党参种植采收可以选收三年生川党参。以川党参的多糖含量、总黄酮含量为川党参药材质量主要参考指标,结合种植年限等生产成本考虑,采收三年生川党参比较合适。

Abstract:The contents of polysaccharide and total flavonoids in Codonopsis tangshen of different growth years were determined to make guidance for Codonopsis tangshen planting.The content of polysaccharide was detected by sulfuric acid-phenol method,and the total flavonoids content was detected by UV spectrometry.The differences among the experimental results of Codonopsis tangshen of different growth years were analyzed and compared.The content of polysaccharide in three-year-old Codonopsis tangshen is the highest,while the content of total flavonoids keeps increasing along with growth years,and the increasing rate of flavonoids content in four-year-old Codonopsis tangshen is lower than that of three-year-old,thus in the actual planting we should choose to harvest three-year-old Codonopsis tangshen.If use the polysaccharide content and total flavonoids content as the main reference index of quality of Codonopsis tangshen,considering the plant life and other costs of production,it’s suitable to harvest the Codonopsis tangshen of three years old.
