| 摘 要： | 通过对黑麦草进行不同浓度N aC l溶液的盐胁迫处理,研究了黑麦草叶片在幼苗期盐胁迫条件下叶绿素、游离脯氨酸、过氧化脂质及可溶性糖含量的变化。结果表明：在盐胁迫处理下,黑麦草叶片中叶绿素含量呈下降趋势,游离脯氨酸、过氧化脂质、可溶性糖含量均呈上升趋势。

| Abstract: | By NaCl stress of different concentrations to Lolium perenne,we determined and researched the change of the content of chlorophyll,free proline,peroxidation lipin and soluble sugar in Lolium perenne leaf at the seedling stage under salt stress. The results indicated that the chlorophyll content shows drop tendency,while the content of free proline,peroxidation lipin,soluble sugar are all descent trend in Lolium perenne leaf under salt stress. |
