摘    要:通过分析稻壳粉与木粉的理化特性,用稻壳粉代替木粉设计试验方案,进行对比试验研究,结合生产企业降本增效的需求,得出稻壳粉作为可燃剂的最优试验方案。该试验方案中,膨化硝铵炸药的药卷密度从0.85g/cm^3提高至0.94g/cm^3;有毒气体含量从68L/kg降低至59L/kg;爆速从3400m/s提高至3480m/s;殉爆距离从5cm提高至7cm。

Abstract:Physical and chemical properties of rice husk powder and wood powder were analyzed. Being additives in expanded ammonium nitrate (AN) explosive, rice husk powder was used as the substitute of wood powder. Combining the demand of cost reduction and efficiency increase of manufacturing factory, the optimum test scheme of rice husk powder as combustible agent was obtained. In this scheme, cartridge density of expanded AN explosive increases from 0.85 g/cm3 to 0.94 g/cm3, harmful gas content reduces from 68 L/kg to 59 L/kg, detonation velocity increases from 3 400 m/s to 3 480 m/s, and sympathetic detonation distance increases from 5 cm to 7 cm.
