摘    要:改性胺类环氧树脂固化剂是干式变压器与互感器等电气设备理想的封装材料。通过对自制改性胺类环氧树脂固化剂的固化特性及物理机械性能进行了实验研究,结果表明,该固化剂具有低放热、低粘度、高韧性和室温固化的特点,可用作建筑结构胶与裂缝灌注胶的专用固化剂,适合于复合材料湿法成型及户外施工。

Abstract:Except for the curing property of the curing agent based on the self-made modified amine agent for epoxy resin, the mechanical property of curing productions were studied in this paper. The results showed that the curing agent had many properties of the low heat liberation, low viscosity, high toughness and room temperature curing. It is suitable to be used as the special purpose curing agents for architectural structural adhesive and cracking filling adhesive, moreover it has an extensive applying prospective in wet way process for composite materials and outdoor construction. Moreover, the epoxy systems based on the curing agent show excellent insulated and dielectric properties and could be used as promising pouring materials for dry type transformer and mutual inductor.
