摘    要:目的 探讨高温高强度高思想压力训练对血浆乳酸等生化指标的影响,判断此项阅兵前训练强度、方式是否合理.方法 对100名准备参加国庆阅兵的武警官兵接受5个月的高温高强度高思想压力的训练后,清晨取外周血,检测血乳酸、丙氨酸氨基转移酶、白蛋白、总胆红素、直接胆红素、总胆固醇、尿素、尿酸、肌酸激酶、钾、钠、钙、二氧化碳.选取常规训练的武警官兵100人作为对照.结果 阅兵组血清肌酸激酶升高比率为58.3%,显著高于对照组(30.0%,P〈0.05).阅兵组血清乳酸值为(1.313±0.505)mmol/L,显著高于正常水平[(1.0±0.5)mmol/L,P〈0.05].结论 训练人员的血乳酸值增高,但在无氧阈值以下,这表明目前实施的阅兵前训练强度、方式是合理的.

Abstract:Objective To investigate the effect of training with high temperature, intensity, and stress on blood lactic acid so as to evaluate the feasibility of such training. Methods One hundred armed policemen, all males, aged 19-21, underwent training for National Day parade under conditions of high temperature, intensity, and stress for 5 months. Then peripheral fasting blood samples were collected to examine the lactic acid, alanine aminotransferase, albumin, general bilirubin, direct bilirubin, general cholesterol, urine, uric acid, creatine kinase, potassium, sodium, calcium, and carbon bioxide. One hundred sex, age, and height-matched armed policemen undergoing routine training were used as controls. Results The increase rate of serum creatine kinase of the armed policemen participating in the intensified training was 58.3%, significantly higher than that of the controls (30.0%, P〈0.05). The blood lactic acid level of the armend policemen participating in the intensified training was (1.313 ±0.505)mmol/L, significantly higher than that of the controls [(1.0±0.5) mmol/L, P〈0.05], but still under the anaerobic threshold. Conclusion The blood lactic acid level increases, but still under the anaerobic threshold. The current intensity and manner of training is rational and acceptable.
