单管双线大直径地铁盾构隧道施工与监测

上海市轨道交通16号线工程在国内首次采用单管双线地铁隧道,本文以其为工程背景,给出了单管双线隧道的施工控制标准,针对此标准制定了长距离高精度单管双线地铁盾构施工控制技术措施;针对盾构穿越一系列重要管线的风险点,开发了一套非开挖自动水平测斜监测技术,具有及时、灵敏、准确的特点,为穿越成功提供了有力的数据保证;针对东区隧道始发井空间不足的问题,进行了盾构车架转换,采取有效措施规避了切口失稳和泵壳爆裂的风险;对单管双线隧道特有的口型构件同步施工及预制中间隔墙的施工进行了阐述。在采取了上述措施后,隧道施工取得了成功。

Construction and Monitoring of Single Underground Railway Tunnel with Dual Carriageway Using Large-diameter Shield

Line 16 of Shanghai metro, the China’s first metro of single tunnel with dual carriageway, is chosen as the research object of this thesis. According to the project, the article will give the construction specifications of single railway tunnel with dual carriageway, and the controlling measures of the long distance and high-precision single underground railway tunnel with dual carriageway are presented based on the construction specifications; The paper will also introduce an auto monitoring through trenchless method, which has the timely, sensitive and accurate character because of the risk of shield tunnel in crossing a lot of line pipes, it also provides powerful data supporting for the crossing; Effective measures, to avoid the risks of cutting instability and pump case bursting we adopt frame transformation for countering the lack space of origin well on east shield tunnel; The construction of the synchronous prefabricated part and assembly of prefabricate mid-partition which is particularly in single underground railway tunnel with dual carriageway, will be clarified. Based on the measures given above, we achieved a successful outcome in the construction of the tunnel.
