| 摘 要： | 语音标准可以区分为音系学和语音学两个层次。在普通话水平测试(PSC)中,语音学的标准更有实际意义。由于辅音和元音不同的声学特性,测试中正误及缺陷的判断应该区别对待。

| Abstract: | This article holds that phonetic standard can be approached from both phonological perspective and phonetics perspective. In the Putonghua Proficiency Test, phonetics standard may be more realistic. What's more, because of their different acoustic features, the judgment of the correctness and defects of consonants and vowels should be treated differently. |
