摘    要:本文研究了热轧钢卷强制冷却方式,探讨了钢卷强制冷却工艺制度对带钢表面质量、机械性能等的影响,认为间断式强制冷却方式可取,对表面质量不带来有害影响,机械性能有一定上升,大大缩短了钢卷库存时间,为按周交货的生产方式提供了有利的条件.

Abstract:The constraint cooling process of hot rolling coil is researched and the influence of constraint cooling technology parameters on coil surface quality and mechanical performance,etc.is discussed.It is concluded that the intermittent constraint cooling technology is harmless to the surface quality and helpful to improve the mechanis performance.The technology shortens the coil stock time,which is benefit to production according weekly contact.
