摘    要:介绍城门山铜矿二期扩建选矿自动化控制DCS系统的功能设计、网络结构、硬件和软件配置、人机界面应用与维护。阐述系统集成技术要点和过程控制回路应用的控制策略。实践证明,采用的自动化控制系统,在生产过程集中监控方面取得了较好的效果,系统运行稳定、操作方便,实现了优化选矿流程,降低劳动强度,提高生产管理效率的目的。

Abstract:Based on the need of automation of Chengmenshan Copper Mine 2nd expansion mineral processing industral field, this paper presents the function design of DCS of the whole plant, hardware and software system design as well,gives the structure of the system and interface of operation, elaborates the key process control strategy. The result proves that this system is stable and convient for developling the online monitor and operating about the mineral processing, also reducing the labor intensity and improving the efficiency of production and management.
