摘    要:提出了一款基于等离子和药液雾化的空气消毒器样机的研制过程和方法。从应用背景、产品目标出发,分析了原理方案、关键部件选型设计,采用三维仿真设计软件CATIA进行了结构设计和外观设计,实现了空气净化、中药药液消毒和等离子消毒的统一。经样机实际测试,整机安全性高,运行可靠,操作便捷。

The Research and Manufacture of An Air Disinfector Based on Plasma and Medicine Atomization
Abstract:The methods and progress in the research and manufacture of a new-type air disinfector based on plasma and medicine atomization is put forward. With the the applications and background, the scheme and the key components is analyzed, the structure and the appearance is designed in the CATIA software environment. This air disinfector can purify the air and disinfect it with Chinese traditional medicine and plasma. This disinfector is proved safely, steadily and conveniently for using with manufacture test.
