摘    要:为提高渤海油田化学驱产出液的产水水质,自主研发了新一代以抗污染型陶瓷基功能膜材料为核心的水处理一体化装备技术。该技术高度集成化、小型化,过滤精度更高,能最大限度去除污水中乳化油、悬浮物、细菌等物质,产出水水质由C2级提高到A1级;同时,处理含油污水具有很强的抗污染性和适应性,对改善海上含聚污水的水质以及降低成本意义重大,具备在海上油田进行推广应用的前景。

Abstract:Based on chemical flooding,in order to improve produced water quality from produced fluid of Bohai Sea oil field,a new generation technology taking polluting resistant ceramic base functional membrane materials as the core of integrated water treatment equipment was independently develop.The technology was highly integrated and miniaturized,while filtration precision was higher,which could maximize the removal of emulsified oil,suspended solids,bacteria and other substances,and quality level of produced water was improved from C2 to A1.At the same time,the treatment of oily wastewater had a strong anti-pollution function and adaptability,which was of great significance to improve water quality of offshore wastewater and to reduce the cost.The technology had the prospect of promotion and application in offshore oil fields.
