| 摘 要： | 分析上海烟草集团有限责任公司能源管理体系建设现状并对其实践的经验予以思考。首先简要介绍能源管理体系相关概念、体系建设前公司能源管理状态,接下来重点介绍公司内如何以PDCA方式逐步推进能源管理体系建设。上海烟草集团通过能源管理体系建设,达到了构建能源基准,以能源绩效衡量能源管理水平,逐步健全了节能逐步转向管理节能、节能管理构架,从静态逐步过渡到动态管理。

| Abstract: | The paper is aimed to analyze the current status of energy management system construction and practical experience of Shanghai Tobacco Group Co.,Ltd.Firstly,we briefly introduced the related concepts of energy management system and previous energy management state of this company.And then,how to gradually promote the system construction through the method of PDCA.Shanghai tobacco group achieves constructing energy benchmark through energy management system construction,which based on energy performance valuing energy management level realizes from energy-saving to management energy-saving,energy conservation structure,from static to dynamic management step by step. |
