| 摘 要： | 目的:观察中西医结合治疗胆汁反流性胃炎的疗效.方法:将70例胆汁反流性胃炎患者随机分为两组.40例治疗组用中西医结合治疗治疗,30例对照组用西药治疗,观察疗效.结果:治疗组总有效率为95.0%,对照组总有效率为76.7%(P<0.05),治疗组HP根除率84.38%,高于对照组的58.33%(P<0.05),两组比较,差异有显著性意义.结论:中西医结合治疗胆汁反流性胃炎,可明显提高疗效.

| Abstract: | Objective:Observe clinically the cure effect of Gall refux gastriti treated with combination of TCM and WM.Method:70 cases were treated with combination of TCM and WM,30 cases as control group with western medicine,observe their effect.Result:95.0% was the effective rate of the treatment group,76.7% for the control one,P<0.05,84.38% was the eliminate Hpylori rate of the treatment group,58.33% for the control one,P<0.05,showing marked statistical difference.Conclusion:Combination of TCM and WM is better than... |
