| 摘 要： | 目的:研究三类六种头孢类抗生素在生理盐水、5%葡萄糖和葡萄糖氯化钠大容量注射液中的稳定性.方法:在15℃、25℃下,于0、0.5、1、2、4小时依照紫外分光光度法考察配伍液的外观和pH值以及含量的变化.结果:三类六种头孢类抗生素在不同注射液中4小时内稳定性均较好,外观和pH值无明显变化.结论:临床使用可根据病情予以选择.
