国产Amplatzer封堵器在先天性心脏病介入治疗中的应用

目的评价应用国产封堵器介入治疗房间隔缺损（ASD）、室间隔缺损（VSD）、动脉导管未闭（PDA）的近期疗效。方法应用国产封堵器介入治疗先天性心脏病患者共72例，其中ASD28例，VSD25例，PDA19例，分析封堵成功率、术后残余分流、并发症发生等资料。结果70例患者成功置入封堵器，成功率97．2％，分别于术后24h、7d、1个月、3个月复查超声心动图，均无残余分流。结论国产封堵器介入治疗先天性心脏病疗效确切，费用较低，有利于该项技术的推广应用。

Clinical application of domestic occluder in the interventional treatment of congenital heart disease

Objective To evaluate the therapeutic result and safety of transcatheter closure of patent ductus arteriosus （PDA）, atrial septal defects （ASD） and ventricular septal defects （VSD） using domestic occluder, Methods 72 congenital heart disease treated with domestic occluder were analisys, which included PDA 19, ASD 28, VSD 25. Analysis of this group of patients included a success rate of transcatheter closure of postoperative residual shunt, the incidence of complications, etc. Results The success rate of occluder closure was 97.2%. No residual shunts were found 24 hour after the procedure and 1 week, 1 month, 3 month later. Echocardiography examination showed no residual shunts in all successful cases. Conclusions Domestic occluder is a safe and effective interventional device and is cheaper than the Amplatze ones.
