摘    要:具有一定强度的激光辐照皮肤组织时可造成组织的破坏。建立了激光与皮肤组织相互作用的二维非稳态温度场模型,在柱坐标系下采用积分变换法精确求解了平顶和高斯分布的连续激光辐照皮肤组织的热传导方程,得到瞬态温度场分布,并以氦氖激光辐照皮肤组织为例,数值模拟了皮肤组织在激光作用下的温度分布。研究结果表明:皮肤组织径向温度分布与入射激光光束的光强分布相似,激光与组织热效应在很大程度上取决于激光参数,主要有激光功率、焦斑半径等。

Abstract:The skin-tissue will be damaged when irradiated by continuous-wave laser of certain power.The model of 2-D unstable temperature field during the interaction between laser and skin-tissue was established,and the transient temperature distribution of tissue was calculated.Taking skin-tissue irradiated by He-Ne laser as an example,the skin temperature distribution was calculated and analyzed.The calculation showed that the temperature distribution in the radial direction was similar to light intensity distribution of the incident laser;thermal effect of skin-tissue irradiated by laser depend on laser parameters to a great extent,and power and beam size are more important.
