| 摘 要： | 目的评价无张力补片在腹股沟疝修补术中的临床效果。方法采用意大利赫美公司的赫美平片修补420例腹股沟疝,其中腹股沟斜疝321例,直疝99例;双侧腹股沟疝17例,复发疝9例。结果 420例中,无切口下血肿,患者无明显异物、疼痛、肿胀感,无切口感染,术后随访,复发2例。结论无张力补片进行疝修补,复发率低,异物感轻,无局部肿胀、疼痛,无皮下血肿。

| Abstract: | Objective To evaluate the clinical effect of tension-free inguinal hernia repair using mesh.Methods 420 cases with inguinal hernia received tension-free hernia repair operation using Hernia mesh had been observed for 4 years,and clinical data were finally analyzed.Results 2 cases recurred,and patients suffered light post-operational pain and recovered very fast.Conclusion Mesh is safe and effective in tension-free repair operation,with rather rare complications,and it is worth widely spreading out. |
