| Abstract: | The efficiency of excitatin of tritium-labelling by high frequency elsctric discharge and microwave discharge is investigated. The results show that the spceific activity of products is in normal distribution to the distance from the centre of discharge to the position of the substrate (i.e. the compound to be labeled).The specific activity, at the centrd of discharge is 2~4 times larger than the average value of the whole products and is 5~20 times larger than that from the Wilzbach method. The results may be used as a useful methed for the preparation of high specific activity of tritium labeled compounds. |
