高压直流输电线路耐张串用长棒形悬式瓷绝缘子的机械特性

摘    要:耐张串对绝缘子提出了更高的要求,目前主要采用盘形瓷绝缘子和玻璃绝缘子,但是瓷绝缘子和玻璃绝缘子为了防污闪,都设计得很长很重,瓷绝缘子的零值问题更是非常突出。长棒形悬式瓷绝缘子是一种性能优良的绝缘子,在高压直流输电线路耐张串上有着广泛的应用前景。为此,结合Ansys力学软件通过计算和力学试验,分别研究了长棒形悬式瓷绝缘子在集中力作用下的力学特性、在均布力作用下的力学特性、在扭转力作用下的力学特性、拉伸破坏特性以及端部附件的机械安全问题,最后得出结论:长棒形悬式瓷绝缘子的静态力学特性能够满足高压直流输电线路耐张串的要求,从机械性能上来讲,可以应用在高压直流输电线路耐张串上。

Abstract:Cap insulators and glass insulators which are widely used as tension strings in China are designed to be very long and heavy to prevent pollution flashover,and the faulty porcelain insulators threat the safety of power grid.Porcelain long rod insulators are extensively applied on tension strings of HVDC for their excellent properties.With the help of the Ansys software,we studied the mechanical characteristics of porcelain long rod insulators under concentrated load and uniformly distributed load,rotated force,and tensile de-bonding force.The conclusion can be drawn that: the mechanical characteristics of porcelain long rod insulators satisfy the requirements of mechanical characteristics of porcelain long rod insulators for tension strings on HVDC.
