| 摘 要： | 在对合同文本构成进行分析的基础上,总结了合同文本的特点。根据这些特点,运用内容管理的思想,以内容的设计定义、生成、获取和使用为主线,给出了一个基于内容管理的合同管理方案的具体设计。设计过程中引入了内容管理的各种思想,这一思想为同类系统的设计开发进行了有益的探索,具有相当的参考价值。

| Abstract: | Firstly, this paper analyzes the components of contract text, sums up some special characterists of contract text. Next, based on these, the paper presents the design of the scheme in detail by applying the ideas of content management.By adapting the ideas of content management, the Contract Management Scheme introduced in this paper is provided with strong generalization, powerful flexibility and high data utilization. The discussion about this scheme will be helpful to others in this field. |
