| 摘 要： | 目的:测定不同产地的蒺藜在药效物质基础上是否有差异。方法:对蒺藜的化学成分进行HPLC分析,以相关系数法对色谱结果进行模糊聚类分析。结果:在0.999的置信水平上,全国六个产地的蒺藜样品聚为一类。结论:不同地区的蒺藜在药效物质基础上几乎没有差异。

| Abstract: | Objective:To determine the differences between samples of Tribulus terrestris L.from different parts of China so as to see if their chemical substances are the same. Methods:Using a mode of correlate coefficient,the fuzzy clustering was carried out based on the results of HPLC. Results:By a confident level of 0.999,Tribulus terrestris L.from six different parts of China were clustered into one community based on their chemicals.
