氨合成塔底部五通有限元分析

摘    要:通过有限元分析软件ANSYS对氨合成塔底部五通进行强度分析,得到其在高压下的应力分布云图。并通过对其危险截面的节点强度进行提取,通过应力线性化,获得该截面的强度值,从而验证该结构的底部五通的设计是否满足该压力下的强度要求。

Abstract:By using finite element software ANSYS, the strength analysis for the five-pass at the bottom of synthetic ammonia tower was carried out. The stress distribution diagram was obtained and the linearization of the stresses was then exerted. With the stresses on different sections, the strength of this five-pass was checked.
