粉煤灰合成沸石用于含Cr^3+废水处理的应用研究

摘    要:研究了粉煤灰合成沸石处理含Cr^3+废水的性能以及其它几种竞争性阳离子的影响。合成沸石对低浓度(〈100 mg/L)含Cr^3+废水具有良好的去除效果,去除效率达94%以上。当废水中存在其它阳离子(NH+4、Na+、K+、Ni^2+和Ca^2+)时,即使其阳离子浓度(以me/L计)达Cr3+的4倍,合成沸石对Cr^3+仍表现出了较高的选择性,Cr^3+去除效率基本未受影响。对于成分复杂的实际含Cr^3+的制革废水,当合成沸石投加量大于5 g/L时,对Cr^3+去除率高达99%以上,处理后废水中的Cr^3+浓度低于国家规定Cr^3+排放限值。因此,粉煤灰合成沸石在处理含Cr^3+废水方面具有良好的应用前景。

Abstract:The treatment of Cr^3+-containing wastewater by zeolites synthesized from coal fly ashes (ZFAs) and the influence of competitive cations were investigated. ZFAs exhibited high performances for the uptake of Cr^3+ with low concentrations (〈100 mg/L). The removal efficiency exceeded 94 %. In the presence of NH: ,Na^2+ ,K^ ,Ni^2+ and Ca^2+ whose normal concentration were equivalent to 100 %, 200 %, and 400 % of Cr^3+, ZFAs showed very high selectivity for Cr^3+ Still, and the removal efficiency of Cr^3+ was not altered by the competitive cations. Despite the complex composition of a real tannery wastewater, the removal rate of Cr^3+ by ZFAs reached over 99 % when the dosage of ZFAs is more than 5 g/L with the result that the concentration of Cr^3+ in treated wastewater was lower than the regulated discharge limit. It is concluded that ZFAs may be promising materials for the treatment of Cr^3+ containing wastewater.
