强精煎对小鼠睾丸生精细胞凋亡相关基因表达影响的研究

摘    要:目的:观察强精煎对实验小鼠睾丸Fas、Fasl、Bcl-2和Bax蛋白表达的影响。方法:将80只健康雄性昆明种小鼠分为正常组、模型组、强精煎组、黄精赞育胶囊组,以环磷酰胺注射液40mg/kg腹腔注射制造小鼠生精功能障碍模型,以HE染色观察小鼠睾丸病理形态,采用Johnson评分评价精子发生和发生障碍程度,用免疫组织化学SABC法检测Fas、Fasl、Bcl-2和Bax蛋白在小鼠睾丸实质组织中的表达率。结果:模型组小鼠睾丸组织可见明显的病理损伤,强精煎组则生精功能良好,黄精赞育胶囊组稍差。与正常组比较,模型组Johnson评分偏低,且Fas和Fasl蛋白表达率偏高(P<0.01),强精煎组和黄精赞育胶囊组与正常组各方面差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。与模型组比较,正常组、强精煎组和黄精赞育胶囊组睾丸Johnson评分偏高,Fas、Fasl和Bax蛋白表达率显著降低(P<0.01),Bcl-2表达率显著升高(P<0.01),细胞内Bcl-2/Bax比值显著升高(P<0.01)。结论:强精煎可以抑制Bax、Fas和Fasl,并促进Bcl-2蛋白在受损伤小鼠睾丸实质组织中的表达。
