| 摘 要： | 收益分配是虚拟物流企业的一个敏感而关键的问题 ,制订合理的收益分配方案对虚拟物流企业的成功无疑是重要的。通过分析虚拟物流企业收益分配应考虑的因素与应遵循的原则 ,从分担虚拟物流企业的投入和风险两个方面界定出每个盟员的贡献 ,综合运用公平理论、时间价值理论和层次分析法 ,建立一个基于贡献的虚拟物流企业收益分配混合式模型 ,并通过算例验证该模型可用于虚拟物流企业的收益分配方案的制订 ,使得收益分配更合理。

| Abstract: | The profit allocation within virtual logistics enterprises(VLEs)is a crucial and delicate problem.Making a reasonable profit allocation scheme is very important for the success of VLEs.In this paper,the basic factors,principles and familiar models for profit allocation within VLEs are discussed.Every partner's contribution is analyzed by integrating its investment and risk factors.The composite profit allocation model based on the partners' contributions to VLEs is set up and analyzed on the basis of fair theory,time value theory and AHP.A simulation example is presented to illustrate the feasibility of the proposed model,which can be used in guiding a more reasonable making of the profit allocation scheme within VLEs. |
