摘    要:过氧化氢酶促使机体内产生的过氧化氢分解。和教材实验方法相比,酶活性的定量测定实验方法简单、实验效果明显,弥补了教材定性实验的不足,探究了适合于测定过氧化氢酶活性的实验材料及影响酶活性的条件。

Abstract:Catalase can accelerate the decomposition of hydrogen peroxide in the organism.To compare with the experimental method in the textbook,this method of quantitative test of catalase activity is simple and the experimental effect is obvious. It makes up for the lack of qualitative experiments and delves into the experimental material for mensurating catalase activity and the condition of affecting catalase activity.
