| 摘 要： | 目的探讨p21WAF1和p53蛋白在宫颈鳞癌发生发展中的表达以及相互关系。方法采用免疫组化方法研究50例宫颈鳞癌和30例正常子宫颈组织p21WAF1和p53蛋白的表达。结果宫颈鳞癌组织中p21WAF1蛋白阳性表达率42.0%,明显低于正常对照组73.33%（P〈0.05）;p53蛋白的阳性表达率为54%,明显高于正常对照组6.67%（P〈0.05）。p21WAF1与p53表达存在明显负相关。结论 p21WAF1蛋白的低表达和p53蛋白的高表达与宫颈鳞癌的发生发展相关。

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the expression of p21WAF1 and p53 proteins and their relationship in primary cervical carcinoma.Methods The expression of p21WAF1 and p53 proteins in 50 cases cervical carcinoma and 30 cases normal cervical epithelium were detected by immunohistochemical method.Results The expression of p21WAF1 proteins in cervical carcinoma（42.0%） was significantly lower than that（73.33%）in normal cervical epithelium.The expression of p53 proteins in cervical carcinoma（54.0%） was significantly higher than that（6.67%）in normal cervical epithelium.The expressions of p21WAF1 and p53 proteins in cervical carcinoma were negative relationship.Conclusion The lower expression of p21WAF1 protein and the higher of expression of p53 protein might be correlated with the oncogenesis and development of cervical carcinoma. |
