Plk1在胰腺癌细胞中的表达及其临床意义

目的探讨胰腺癌细胞系中Plk1表达的意义。方法以胰腺癌细胞株（AsPC-1、PANC1、BxPC3）和正常胰腺细胞株（HPDE6C7,一种永生但非转化的胰腺上皮细胞来源的细胞株）为研究对象,应用RT-PCR检测Plk1 mRNA的表达,用Western blot检测Plk1蛋白的表达。结果 Plk1 mRNA和Plk1蛋白在胰腺癌细胞中均有高表达,而在正常胰腺细胞株中几乎不表达。结论 Plk1在胰腺癌细胞中的表达具有一定肿瘤特异性,有可能成为胰腺癌治疗的新靶标。

Expression of Plk1 in pancreatic carcinoma cell lines and their clinical significance

Objective To study the significance of the Plk1 expression in pancreatic carcinoma cell lines.Methods Expression of Plk1 mRNA was tested by RT-PCR in the human pancreatic cancer cell lines AsPC-1,PANC1,BxPC3 and normal pancreas cell line HPDE6C7（an immortalized but not transformed pancreatic epithelial cell line）.Western blot was used to determine the Plk1 expression in the cell lines.Results Overexpression of Plk1 mRNA and protein were found in the human pancreatic cancer cell lines AsPC-1,PANC1,BxPC3.However no expression of Plk1 mRNA and protein were almost detected in normal pancreas cell line HPDE6C7.Conclusion The expression of Plk1 appears to be tumor specificity to some extent in pancreatic carcinoma cell lines.Plk1 may be regard as an target for pancreatic carcinoma therapies.
