短程抗生素疗法在腹部手术中应用的研究

目的 观察短程抗生素在预防外科手术区感染的效果。方法 100例腹部外科手术患者被随机分为2组，围手术期短程用药组(术后用药1d)及长程用药组(术后用药3d)预防手术感染。2组患者在年龄性别及手术种类上均无差异。预防用抗生素为奈替米星合并使用甲硝唑。结果 短程用药组感染率为2％(1／50)长程用药组感染率为4％(2／50)，2组无明显差别。结论 围手术期短程应用抗生素即可有效预防术后手术区感染，从药物经济学和合理用药的角度来说也优于长期用药。

The Study of Antibiotics Used for Short Term in Abdominal Operation

Objective To Observe the effect of antibiotics used for short term on preventing infection in surgery operational region Methods 100 abdominal operational patients were randomly assigned to 2 groups during perioperation:short-term group received antibiotics for 1 day and long-term group did for 3 days There were no difference in age,sex and operational variety between the two groups Preventive antibiotics were netilmicin and metronidazole administered together Results Infection rate of short-term group was 2%(1/50) and that of long-term group was 4%(2/50) There were no significantly different between the two groups Conclusions Antibiotics used in short term may effectively prevent post-operational infection in operational region during perioperation That was also better than long-term one on the part of drug economics and rational drug application
