摘    要:尾桨叶梁是一种不规则构件,其缠绕原理不同于普通的回转体结构。本文阐述了叶梁缠绕原理和叶梁缠绕机的总体设计,介绍了叶梁缠绕机的主轴缠绕机构和放卷机构。叶梁缠绕控制系统以可编程控制器为核心,缠绕控制设计为预浸料变角速度控制单元和退绕张力控制单元。温度控制设计为加热控制单元和测温控制单元。最后给出复合材料缠绕成型的叶梁样品。

Abstract:The shape of girder of airscrew isn't revolving.The winding method of girder of airscrew isn't the same as the revolving body.The winding method and system design is described in the paper.The winding machine and releasing machine is designed.PLC is set as the core of control system of the winding equipment.The winding control section includes continue changing angle speed control unit and releasing composites control unit for constant tension.Temperature control system involves heating up control unit and measuring control unit.Finally,the sample of winded girder of airscrew is offered.
