利用头孢氨苄废液制备六甲基硅脲的研究

摘    要:研究了使用头孢氨苄废液中分离出的六甲基二硅醚合成六甲基硅脲的工艺技术,实验结果表明,使用自催化剂A将HMDO首先转化成三甲氯硅烷,再经六甲基二硅氮烷可合成BSU,且BSU的总收率可达80%以上,色谱分析表明,其纯度符合制约生产使用标准。

Abstract:This paper deals with an industrial process technique for synthesizing bistrimethylsilylurea (BSU) with hexamethyl disiloxane (HMDO) which is separated from the cefalexini aqueous waste. Experimental results indicate that HMDO can be turned into TMS by self catalyst A and then HMDZ and BSU can be prepared from TMS.The total yield of BSU can be up to 80 percent or more and the gas chromatography analysis indicates that the purity of BSU can meet the pharmaceutical production standard.
