| 摘 要： | 饭店绿色管理将环境保护的观念融入饭店的经营管理中，是着眼于追求经济效益、社会效益和环境效益最优化的新型管理模式。为了保证绿色管理在饭店管理中得到有效推广，我们必须建立相应的保障体系。本文从分析饭店绿色管理的内涵出发t对如何建立饭店绿色管理的保障体系提出了几点看法。

| Abstract: | The hotel green management is melts the hotel management into the environmental protection idea. It focuses to hanker economic efficiency, social benefit and environmental benefit optimization. In order to guarantee the hotel smooth implementation green management, we must to establish certain safeguard system, After analyzing the connotation of green management in hotels, this paper gives some operable suggestions for establishing the green management in hotels. |
