| 摘 要： | 目的评价超声对胰腺癌的诊断及应用价值。方法回顾性分析2004年4月-2005年10月我院收治的胰腺癌患者，比较分析术前超声诊断与术中所见、术后病理学结果，并与CT结果对照。结果63例经临床、术中所见或术后病理证实的胰腺癌患者中胰头癌45例（71．5％）、胰体尾癌12例（19．0％）、弥漫性胰腺癌6例（9．5％），术前行超声确诊或提示本病者54例（85．7％），误诊6例（9．5％），漏诊3例（4．7％）。结论超声对胰腺癌的检出率高。是一种无创、便捷的检查方法之一。

| Abstract: | Objective To assess evaluation of ultrasonic examination in the diagnosis of pancreatic carcinoma.Methods 63 pancreatic carcinoma patients diagnosed by sonography before operation,operation and pathology were analyzed retrospectively,and the data relative to CT examination were assessed.Results Among 63 PC(pancreatic carcinoma) patients through the operation or pathology,carcinomas that ocurred in the head of pancreas were founded in 45 patients(71.5%),and those in the body and tail of pancreas in 12 patients(19.0%),and those in the whole of pancreas in 6 patients(9.5%).Detectable rate of pancreatic carcinoma was 54 patients(85.7%),misdiagnosed 6 patients (9.5%) and leak diagnosed 3 patients(4.7%).Conclusion The detectable rate of the ultrasonic diagnosis of the pancreatic carcinoma was higher. |
