| 摘 要： | 在对单体液压支柱研究的基础之上，提出了采用单体液压支柱构建连体支架的新概念。连体支架是一种适用于薄煤层采煤工作面的近似于液压支架的新型支架，有液压支架的部分功能，又有单体液压支柱的特性，价格不到液压支架的十分之一，在极薄煤层中运用优点更为明显。该支架结构简单，体积小，重量轻，具有很好的防窜矸、防倾倒和防下滑能力。采用这种支护方式既能灵活使用和方便运输单体支柱，又能起到液压支架移架快捷、减轻体力劳动的作用，提高了开采效率，降低了开采成本。
